These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iremotesupport.com and the recruiting and staffing services offered by iRemote Support, an IT recruiting and staffing service owned and operated by VILLARENOVA LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (entity #1896878). By submitting a form on this site, creating an account, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
iRemote Support is a staff-mediated IT recruiting and staffing service. In practice, that means:
This site does not provide, and is not intended to provide, any way for employers and candidates to contact each other directly. There is no messaging feature, directory, or public candidate listing that bypasses our staff. Every introduction between an employer and a candidate is made by a member of our recruiting team. If a feature on this site ever appears to allow direct contact outside of that process, that's a bug, not an intended use — please report it to us.
Employer and candidate accounts on this site use passwordless, magic-link sign-in: we email you a one-time link to sign in, and we never ask you to create or store a password. You're responsible for:

Candidates are never charged. Consistent with the "Zero Cost to Candidates" commitment described on our Candidates page, you will never pay a fee, subscription, or commission to iRemote Support for placement, representation, or any other service on this site.
Employers pay a placement or staffing fee for successful engagements, structured according to the engagement type (direct hire, contract, contract-to-hire, or project). Specific fee structures, rates, and payment terms are set out in the individual proposal, agreement, or statement of work provided to each employer client, not on this page — this Terms of Service page describes that a fee applies to employers, not the amount. If you're an employer and want fee details before submitting a request, contact us directly.
We work hard to make good matches, but we do not guarantee that any employer will hire a given candidate, that any candidate will accept a given role, that a placement will result from any submission, or that a placement — once made — will work out or continue for any particular length of time. Recruiting and staffing outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control, including the decisions of employers and candidates themselves.

The content on this site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the iRemote Support name and branding — is owned by VILLARENOVA LLC or used under license, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use this site for its intended purpose (submitting hiring requests, joining our talent network, or learning about our services), but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from our site content for any other purpose without our written permission. Information you submit to us (your background summary, job description, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us the right to use it to provide our recruiting and staffing services.
This site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it (including role listings or candidate summaries) is complete or accurate at every moment — this is a working recruiting operation, not a guaranteed real-time feed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VILLARENOVA LLC and iRemote Support will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of this site or our services — including hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or placements made or not made through our service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you actually paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
This is a general limitation, not a substitute for a signed employer agreement or statement of work, which may include its own liability terms specific to that engagement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
If we change these Terms, we'll update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
