iRemote Support ("we," "us," "our") is an IT recruiting and staffing service owned and operated by VILLARENOVA LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through iremotesupport.com, how we store and use it, and how you can reach us about it. It describes what this site actually does — not generic or aspirational language.
We collect information you submit directly through the forms on this site. We do not collect information about you from any other source.
Company name, your name, work email, phone number, engagement type (direct hire, contract, contract-to-hire, or project), practice area, number of open positions, hiring timeline, role/job description, and budget range.
Full name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL (optional), primary skill area, years of IT experience, work preference, employment type preference, current employment status, and a background summary you write yourself — which may include your work history, technologies, certifications, and other career details you choose to share.
Your name, email address, whether you identify as an employer, a candidate, or a general inquiry, and your message. Depending on which option you select, a contact-form submission is stored as either an employer lead, a candidate lead, or a general contact message, using the fields above.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which loads a lightweight script (static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js) on every page. It measures aggregate traffic and performance (page views, load times, general geography and device type) and is privacy-focused by design — it does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other websites.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (iremotesupport-db), accessed only through this site's own server-side code and our staff-only admin console. A secondary JSON backup copy of that database is periodically exported to a private server outside of Cloudflare's network, for our own backup and record-keeping purposes — it is not publicly accessible.
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site and process your submission:
These providers process your information on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices. We do not use any advertising, retargeting, or data-broker services on this site.
This site does not set tracking or marketing cookies for visitors. The only cookie in use is a session cookie set when a staff member logs into the internal admin console — it is not set for, or accessible to, ordinary site visitors.
We are honest about where this stands today: submitted leads and messages are retained in our database indefinitely, and we do not currently have an automated process that deletes or anonymizes data after a set period of time. If you'd like your information removed, contact us using the details below and we will delete it manually — we don't yet have a self-service deletion tool, so this is handled by a member of our team by hand.

This site is intended for working professionals and employers. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 16.
